I have been experiencing this on and off now ever since i signed up, i had a good stretch of a day and a half of no problems and now this is starting to irritate me. |

Every time she's gone on to try to plan our vacation she ends up losing connection. I think she's ready to go back to dialup! Yikes! |

This past week I have had occasional disconnects, but today I haven't been able to go longer than 2 hours with out a disconnect. And, it is getting harder to get authenticated, and have not been able to get authenication for the past half-hour. |

I tested speeds 3-4 times during the evening (Speakeasy.chi) and it was consistantly 1304/246 on my 1.5/256 Dynamic service... No drops, no pauses... ??? |

If it is after midnight where ever you are at the routers and ASI equipment is fair game to the techs. That is the window established by the FCC for work to be done that will be "disruptive" as they define it. Or as least that has what I have been told by many C.O. techs. |
